Deployment

Because Brand Manager Online is entirely content manageable, you can follow the default navigation structure or create your own.

Some clients know exactly how they want Brand Manager Online to work for them and others invite us to review their activities and help focus their thinking.

We have two implementation methodologies therefore.

1. Prescriptive set-up

This is the deployment option for clients requiring minimal assistance. Brand Manager Online is deployed onto its own server space, user passwords are set up, and training provided for admin and super users. Clients are then free to begin populating and customising as they need to. With a prescriptive set-up you can be ready to go in a just a couple of days.
 

2. Consultative set-up

For larger organisations with a more complex brand structure, a complex user scenario or who have minimal time for deployment, we can provide hands-on help and advice such as discussing optimum structures for your circumstances as well as ideas for internal communication.

3. Additional services

We can also provide a range of additional support services should you need them, including:

• Batch uploading of images

• Image / asset keywording

• Content uploading (provide us with your brand guidelines manual and discs and we can do the rest)

• Writing guidelines

• Interface redesigns

• Internal communication strategy
