How much time do you spend hunting for images?

With Brand Manager's dedicated image library you can take control of your images once and for all. Implementing Brand Manager is a great opportunity to review your collection, to cull the images you no longer want and to organise the rest into browseable categories. Images can be manually or batch uploaded and once there users can search according to subject, keyword, file format and category and browse in Thumbnail or Detailed View. What's more, Brand Manager automatically resizes uploaded images it into multiple sizes, including nano, thumbnail, small, medium or large. Simply find and download the image you want in the size you need. It couldn't be easier.

How much time do you spend burning images to CD?

Brand Manager's Share feature means that burning images to CD is a thing of the past. You can allow other people to view and download any image or file without exposing your wider content. Simply drop your asset into Workspace, enter an email address and Brand Manager will send a link for your contact to access and download from their computer. Safe and secure and completed in seconds. No more downloading images for other people, no more burning assets to DVD, no most postage costs and no more distractions to your working day.

Fearful of being caught out by image licenses?

Stay in full control of your image licenses. Brand Manager's traffic light system warns users of any license restrictions on images; Green for free to use, Amber to indicate restrictions may apply and to contact you for more information and Red for viewing only. Receive emails from Brand Manager to remind you of impending renewals. If you forget to renew, your images are locked off preventing further use.

Do you know which of your images are being overexposed?

See which images are the least or most popular.  Know which images need retiring and which are in danger of over exposure. Find out where an image has been previously used before you decide to use it to avoid duplication on key collateral items. Control usage of your most important images.
